How we use information
When you order something on our website we only use the information that you provide us with to complete that order. We never share this information with any other person or entity except in order to complete your order.
When you give us your email address for the purpose of an enquiry or order we will reply to that email address but we will not share it with anyone other person or entity and we will not use it for any other purpose.
On our website you can choose to sign-up to our newsletter using your email address. We will use that email address only for that purpose and will not share it with any other person or entity other than with Mailchimp which is the entity we partner with to take care of the technical dispatch of our newsletters. We will not sign you up to that newsletter unless you expressly make that choice. Mailchimp have their own privacy policy that describes how they use data obtained from anyone signing up to our newsletter.
If you subscribe to our Hesperides you might be asked to complete a questionnaire which is embedded within our website. We use the answers to improve our service.
We keep your personal information only for as long as required for the purposes for which it’s supplied or for as long as legally required.
